From welcoming and speaking to crowds of more than 5,000 new students to guiding first-years as they adjusted to campus life, I learned how powerful communication and empathy can be. Being involved in student leadership and campus events taught me how to collaborate, make thoughtful decisions, and advocate for others—skills that continue to shape how I work today.

Applying Creativity Beyond the Classroom

College gave me the opportunity to take what I was learning and put it into practice. Working in a faculty-led creative agency exposed me to real clients, real deadlines, and real problem-solving.
